All children 6 and under stay for FREE!  All children 7 or older, will be considered an adult for pricing purposes and MUST be listed as an ADULT when filling out the BOOKING form.

Individual Reservation Cancellation
If 1 or 2 rooms are reserved under this reservation, it must be cancelled 48 hours prior to 3:00pm on date of arrival  in order to not be charged to the guest.

Group Reservation Cancellation (Non-Tour Operators)
If the reservation made is for a large group, (defined as 3 or more rooms) then 2 weeks notice prior to 3:00 pm on the date of arrival is required in order to cancel any rooms at no charge. If the reservation is cancelled after this point, and before the 48hr window, a 1 night stay, or 50%, (whichever is greater) will be charged to the guest credit card that was used to guarantee the reservation for all rooms being cancelled. At 48hrs prior to 3:00pm on date of arrival, the room is considered to be non-adjustable and noncanelable.

All bookings require a valid personal credit card when reserving a room.

Cornerstone Motel reserves the right to;

• Pre-authorize any credit card to validate the card can be used to pay for the room;
• Apply a pre-approval against the card for room costs 48 hours in advance.
• Charge the cost of the room to the credit card by 10:00pm should the guests not show

When registering at the front desk, payment can be made using Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, or Discover.

All rooms are NON-SMOKING rooms. However, the Cornerstone Motel provides 2 smoking areas and it is expected that guests use these areas and respect other guests by not smoking within 30 ft of any building.  

We understand that guests love their pets, but unfortunately other guests may not. For that reason and to keep our establishment allergy friendly and bark free, we do not allow any animals on the property.

Should any guest, or visitor of a guest, have a pet on the property they will be asked to leave the establishment immediately and no refund provided. If any animal has been inside a guest room there will be an automatic charge for deep cleaning of that room of $250.00  charged to the guests card on file.

Check out is 10:00 am.

Should a guest require extending their stay in their room to later than 10:00 am, there will be an added charge of $20 per hour (or partial) for this service provided that the guest has made arrangements with the front office in advance. Maximum extension allowed is 1 hr. (12:00 pm)

This service must be approved in advance by the registration office and is limited to availability of the guest room to be able to extend your room stay.

This room has a MAXIMUM occupancy of 4 people, no matter what age they are.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Cots are NOT available and there are no pull-out couches in any room.
